Dr. Ha Vinh Tho, PhD

Founder of the Eurasia Learning Institute for Happiness and Wellbeing (ELI); President of the Eurasia Foundation

Ha Vinh Tho is the founder of ELI - Eurasia Learning Institute for Happiness and Wellbeing, the President of the Eurasia Foundation, an NGO that develops ecological and educational projects in Vietnam, and the co-founder of the CAS "Happiness in Organizations". He was the Program Director and co-founder of the Gross National Happiness Center in Bhutan, an organization that promotes an alternative vision of development based on ecology, a fair and sustainable economy, good governance and cultural and spiritual values. Previously he was head of the training department at the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) and trained humanitarian workers sent to conflict zones. He is an international lecturer on topics such as Gross National Happiness, Mindfulness, Engaged Buddhism, organizational transformation, and the need for change in educational systems.

Dr. Ha Vinh Tho holds a PhD in Psychology and Education from the University of Geneva and is the author of numerous articles and books.
