Dr. Pooja Yerramilli

Dr. Pooja Yerramilli is a Health Specialist at the World Bank, with focus on universal health coverage, health systems strengthening, and pandemic preparedness. Previously, she led and contributed to analytical, policy, and programmatic work on these topics at the World Health Organization, Harvard University, and several NGOs including Seed Global Health.

She completed her BA in Political Science at Yale University; MSc in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing at LSE/LSHTM; MDat University of Pennsylvania; and residency and fellowship in Internal Medicine/Global Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard). She is a physician with GW Medical Faculty Associates in Washington DC.
