Emilia Riggi (PhD) joined Joint Research Centre (JRC) in November 2022. She is a project officer collaborating on the European Commission Initiatives on cancer. With her in-depth expertise as a biostatistician, she aims to provide support in the development of evidence-based guidelines for primary prevention, screening and diagnosis. Her main interests are analysis of randomized controlled trials, observational studies, cancer screening performance indicators, lifestyle assessment, evidence synthesis, systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
