registerThis second seminar coincides with the Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Awareness week, a global campaign to raise awareness and understanding of AMR and promote best practices among One Health stakeholders to reduce the emergence and spread of drug-resistant infections.
WHO has declared that AMR is one of the top 10 global public health threats facing humanity. In addition to that, the cost of AMR to the economy of our countries is significant. During the seminar Giulio Cisco, research fellow in Health Economics at Unisanté (Lausanne) and Prof. Joachim Marti, Associate Professor at University of Lausanne, will present the costs and socio-economic implications of antibiotic resistance. The presentation will be followed by a moderated discussion.
We will meet on zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81203285837?pwd=S2xWYUdDRzc5VEdUdTZEbDRTR0kwUT09
